About Our Food
What makes Paella House food unique?
We pride ourselves on using the highest quality ingredients, including locally sourced seafood and all-organic vegetables. Our paellas are made from scratch, on-site, in full view of your guests, creating a memorable and authentic dining experience.
What type of cuisine do you specialize in?
Our cuisine is authentically Spanish, with key ingredients imported from Spain. From tapas platters to paellas and desserts, we bring the rich flavors of Spain to your event.
Are your dishes allergy-friendly?
Yes! All our paellas are gluten-free, soy-free, and nut-free. We offer vegan options, and most paellas are also dairy-free. Please let us know if you have specific dietary requirements.
What appetizers and salads do you offer?
Our tapas platters include Manchego cheese, Iberian chorizo, Iberian ham, cured Iberian salchichón, Iberian cured loin, and Spanish anchovy-stuffed olives.
Our all-organic Manchego Salad features greens, oven-roasted walnuts, grated Manchego cheese, Spanish extra virgin olive oil, pink salt, and a strawberry fig balsamic glaze.
What desserts do you offer?
Our signature desserts include:
Crema Catalana: A creamy, rich dessert topped with fresh fruit.
Rioja-Poached Pears: Organic pears poached in wine and spices, served with a reduction sauce and a dollop of cream.
At the Event
How do you operate during the event?
We cook on-site, using our self-sufficient equipment—no electricity or power is required.
We need a flat, level surface to set up.
Paella takes about 1.5 hours to cook. We arrive approximately 2.5 hours before serving time.
Buffet-Style Option: Food is served buffet-style directly from the paella pans by our chefs. Leftovers are packed into containers we provide for free.
Full Service Option: If you would like a more robust, table-side service complete with bussing, cleanup, bar tender assistance, etc. please let us know what is required, and we can quote for those services as well using our wonderful service partners.
What happens after the meal?
Once all guests are served, we set aside any leftovers for you to take home, then we pack up our equipment and depart. If additional services such as table-side service, bussing, or bartending are needed, we can arrange for those through our service partners for an additional fee.
Do you offer bartending services?
No, we do not provide bartending services, but we can recommend partners if needed.
Do you provide dishware or utensils?
We do not provide dishware or utensils. However, we can quote for compostable dishware/utensils if requested.
Quoting & Booking
How do I get a quote?
We customize each quote based on the types of paella you choose. Just send us a message from the Quote page and we will follow up ASAP to discuss pricing and logistics for your event. You can explore our menu and mix and match any quantities (minimum 10 servings). Portions are generous—one serving per guest is recommended.
What are your booking policies?
To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required. This amount will be credited to your final invoice.
Final guest counts and menu adjustments can be made up to 30 days prior to your event.
The full balance is due 30 days before your event.
Are there additional fees for delays?
If the agreed-upon meal time is delayed by more than 15 minutes, additional fees may apply. Please ensure your schedule allows for timely service to avoid these charges.
